With its 56000 square kilometers, its 5,4 millions inhabitants and its thin opening on the Atlantic Ocean, Togo is one of the smallest countries in
Western Africa. The official language is French, it is therefore one of the 52 countries of the French-speaking community. The close neighboors are Ghana to the West, Burkina Faso to the North and Benin to the East.

Togo offers on a limited territory, beautiful sites with a large diversity of fauna and flora. Landscapes are made of a variety of hills, mountains, arid deserts and beaches. The climate is divided in the south into 4 main seasons, we will visit at the end of the main dry season.

The average temperature is always above 20°C.
